Return & Refund Policy
At Moro, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can request a return under the following conditions.
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Proof of purchase (Order ID or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Personal care or hygiene products (e.g., trimmers, razors, undergarments)
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:
- Email us at returns@moro.pk or use the contact form on our Contact Page.
- Include your Order ID, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return.
- Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or wrong. We recommend using a trackable courier service.
5. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
- Refunds may be issued via store credit, bank transfer, or the original payment method.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the item and place a new order separately.
